What food is your weakness?

Bread is good for you, tomatoes are good for you, dairy is good, and vegetables are good. Meat is beneficial as well, but raises cholesterol when eaten with dairy. Pizza has a lot of good things, but the sauce and crust can have bad ingredients. Too much additives, salt, sugar, and grease. You can reduce those and improve it. You ever try tortilla pizzas? Make your own sauce put on tortilla, top with cheese, veggies, etc. bake in oven till cheese melted and there you go. That will take some carbs off and other issues. I personally love thick crust, but unless you make your own crust and sauce, pizza always has drawbacks.

LOL When I saw your post, I thought "Pizza"... So when I do get one, I try to go with as low fat as possible... Lean meats and low fat cheese.

I crave chocolate at night and a nutritionist told me chocolate cravings might mean I need more magnesium. Usually I fix myself a chocolate yogurt by mixing chocolate collagen powder with vanilla yogurt and adding bits of walnut for the omega 3 and brain benefits. I also eat 1-3 chocolate fudge ice cream popsicles each day or week.
