Around 4 or 5 years ago I switched to 100% USDA Organic. Along with that, I've stopped eating fried food in any capacity. Pan Fried or Deep Fried, none of it. Whenever I've tried to make fried food at home, I always feel sick. It makes my stomach hurt, I feel pressure around my heart, and it makes me want to vomit. Even if I use unsalted vegan butter or light olive oil, it makes me sick. Why is this?
