I ate a 6 inch sandwich today from subway it was really just cheese and lots and lots of veggies I also drank an apple juice. I need an app or a website in which I could add like bread, it had olives, tomatoes etc and calculate the calorie intake. I was wondering how much calories would be in a sandwich anyway? I feel terrible for eating half a sandwich too. So maybe if I calculate and find its reasonable I wouldn't feel so horrendous. Thanks.
