Update is mostly aimed at people who skip multiple meals and those who have habits that I would associate with an eating disorder.
ah okay. Yeah i just do two satiating meals a day on Keto. Lots of fats and moderate protein. No carbs whatsoever.

yeah for sure. it's actually gotten harder because i get full so much faster now and dont want to eat all day after the first meal lol
