eating yogurt is so weird to me. It's like a blob of goo. I would need some kind of fruits in there, or peanuts. Even then its weird. I consider more of a condiment for a larger meal than anything.It's like people who eat cheese by itself.
For me, it's mostly about convenience. It's easy to just grab out of the fridge and go. I buy a lot of yogurt smoothies as well. I grew up eating yogurt for breakfast or in my school lunches, so maybe it is because I am so used to it that it tastes okay to me!
i use yogurt in smoothies too. But every time i eat one of those little yogurt containers, i just hate the texture.

id prefer the traditional egg than chicken.
Yes for sure its good if you have multiple meals to go for eggs but usually this is my biggest meal so i opt for chicken

i ate it everyday for months cause its really beneficial to lifting. And i'll probably eat it again everyday pretty soon. But i hate it.
