P. S. I love turkey! And yay for Thanksgiving. It's nice to give thanks. My family never did. They were lame.
@Subarugirl Last year instead of one big turkey we cooked two little ones. On we finished at Thanksgiving dinner and the other for leftovers for the week.
I mean turkey is okay but I prefer duck or chicken you know
@Wiredone The way prices are going that won't be a problem.
I'll be able to get it in just 3 weeks instead of 6
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I laugh but it really is not funnny.
I agree. It's really sad. I always have to pick my jaw off the floor when I see the total and what is in the cart
yes, I dread gassing up the truck.
I just put gas in my work truck, my pickup and my wife's Subaru. $225.00 GONE LIKE THAT

They are scarce. Maybe your dad can shoot one.
Lmao. My dad does not have shooting skills. My oldest can shoot a wild one with an arrow. 😂
I know but there will be a shortage.
Oh.. I would say check the stores that you usually don't look for one. Or in another town.
I didn't mean to say "usually"
for years now, I just made specialty sandwiches every Thanksgiving for us
I asked my wife if sjhe wanted me to go to the turkey farm and order one. She wants to give the supermarket another try.
it really sneaks up on you.
What do you cook?
@loves2learn mole, tamles, ham, or someother meat.

@loves2learn Yeah, my dad made turkey 2 years ago. It was good, but this year we won't cook it because no one else is coming this year :(
@loves2learn Yeah I know but it will still be fun
