How should the volleyball team deal with lazy captain?

Question

The captain has been lazy recently since she started to be interested in being a hair model.
Team has been on losing streak after she started skipping training sessions.
However she doesn't see the problem and gets offended when the whole team is arguing with her.
Unfortunately it looks like Captain's hair need to be ruined along with her "career" to help her find her way back to the team.

Training camp - bowls of sticky, gooey oatmeal poured on her head

Beach - weaving her hair all over with cotton candy

Cinema - popcorn and nachos extremely ruffled in her hair

Confectionery - cakes kneaded into pulp in her hair

Daycare - hair possibly turned into dish rag

All those are criminal acts and could result n serious consequences. If I were the coach I would cancel the season and start over next year with a new team. Ask the coach about it.

Well it is certainly time to find a new captain. But I don't think this whole revenge stuff will work out as well as you hope.
