I will tell you this. I had a girl cheat on me in the past with a friend. I found out about it months later. How I got over it is with time, love for myself, and forgiveness. I recommend not speaking to these "friends" anymore. It sounds like they are jealous of you and want to bring you down.

Friends are suppose to uplift you not hurt you. You don't need people like that in your life. IF they ask why I would explain why then walk away.
