Have you ever just sat down, reflected, and felt unhappy with your life right now?
Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for everything that I have but I really feel like I some things need to change. Unfortunately, I just can't put my finger on it... is it my lifestyle? my career? my friends? the fact that I'm single?
Is this what people describe as the early 20s crisis?

It could simply be nutritional deficiencies. Most people look elsewhere... but sometimes the thing that is missing, is a key nutrient. Vitamin D3 comes to mind. Many do not realise that you can have the best life, but if your body does not have what it needs to be in balance, then you cannot enjoy it.
A friend of mine was also grateful for everything in her life, but felt down. She then noticed that it happened much more during the Winter. Supplementing with enough vitamin D3 and K2... now she is happy every day. I've always been consistently content with my life, but getting my D3 (+K2) levels up has made a major difference, along with magnesium.

I am in the same boat as you, I however do know what I want in my life to be changed but I have no control over any of the despite what people tell me, it's easy for people with money and good lives to just tell me to do this or that, not knowing how hard it is for someone like me to just do it.
I feel the same. I have only one friend & now during pandemic we lost the connection. Now I started to feel more lonely. Don't worry it'll pass. Talk to friends, hangout with them or make yourself busy with your hobbies.
You are depressed probably and asking too much from yourself.. it is hard but think at the beauty of the world, think at the beautiful moments that make you happy or the places find the beauty in you and let it resonate don't ask too much of yourself and be who you feel comfortable to be

Marriage, cohabitation and childbirth are at all time lows and your great grandmother didn't have to work and still got to retire.
