I say it's a little of both. You start with what can they offer me, then you go into feelings for each other. A girl gagger said something smart. You have to want the person. What can you do to make yourself marketable to them. You want to be someone that compliments their life. Not someone that adds unnecessary weight or discomfort

Feelings... for the vast majority of them. She can love you in the morning & hate you in the afternoon. She could love you at bedtime & then because she has a dream in which "you" are bad she wakes up not loving you.
