Anybody Else Feel So Agitated During Their Period?

Question

Does anybody else feel so angry/upset/moody during their period? lol. I feel so sensitive and mad and I don't even know why - it's literally my hormones.

I also severely hurt my thumb yesterday so that's making me even more upset.

Anybody else get like this during their period? I hate being a weak a** b****! :D

When I go down on my wife during her period and her fake protests of "no, I'm hideous/gross/disgusting" and then I make her toes curl until her feet cramp and she can't remember where she is... she seems to be in a much better mood.
And then she sees my beard covered in blood and sends her "viking" to go take a shower while she relaxes a bit more...😉

Try drinking some warm tea and putting hot compress just below your stomach or on your lower back or lie down and put one behind your knees or legs then just relax and even sleep. Also, do some stretching fron head to toe especially in the morning. They're great for menstrual cramps and the last helps for blood flow and really clers my head. Works wonders for me. 🙂

No, I mostly get overly sensitive and emotional. While also being too physically weak cause of heavy flow. So I just stay in bed and away from errands and people for the first 4 painful days.
