I guess if you have proof of them being someone else ( like their profile pic can be reverse imaged searched and appears on lots of adult websites) you could always report them or post a mytake on all the phonies with your proof. Other than that I don't know

You can't check out anons as they have no profile. I think some people troll as anons and they are hard to block but you can block them. Is it worth your time though? They should just not allow anonymous people.
