After a good date with one of my colleagues, I thought we'd go out again, cause she said she wanted to.

I've tried to schedule something 4 times and at this point I've given up. Sometimes it's really hard to get a conversation going, and although she'd texted me to talk lately, I haven't tried to do much.
I've been avoiding going into her work area unless absolutely needed. Cause she said she noticed when I'd come in more often.
Last time I was around, one of her colleagues saw me and left. Then the girl came in and seemed excited and said hi.
But never heard anything from her

if this where me, and I was unsure like you seem to be now, I would create an event, like going out somewhere or something and I would let her know she is welcome to come as your plus 1, regardless if she shows up or not. You should still attend the event. But this gives her the option to make time for the event or not. She will either say she cannot attend, she will say she can come and not show up or she can say she will come and actually show up. Not only do you find out what you seek, you get to go out so it's a win win. People who are interested make time or tell you how it is so.

Also if she does not show or says she can't come, don't be upset. You'll ruin your event for something you can't control. Best of luck c:
