She most likely isn’t comfortable with having male friends. Especially if she is a lesbian. You pretty much lied to her and told her you were a woman so obviously she isn’t going to want to be your friend when you’re actually a man.

She also probably isn’t comfortable with befriending people who consider her a ‘social experiment’. She thought she was befriending a female only to find out you lied to her and you’re not actually a female. That’s enough to put anyone of wanting to be your friend because it gives the impression that you’re a liar.
