It’s pretty easy to tell when she’s on her period from the number of times she needs the toilet every couple of hours. And doesn’t want to stay over. But like you said it’s completely normal and I don’t want her to feel like she needs to hide it.

Should he just leave it or should he say something to make her feel comfortable around him?
Just say something to make her feel more comfortable. Communication is KEY in good relationships.
Would it be awkward for her to have it brought up? How should he bring it up?
I can’t answer that because it depends on her past experiences as to why she’s hiding it. Maybe she’s not actually embarrassed and assumes she’s saving your embarrassment though. So who knows. The only person who’s in the best place to gage that is you. I mean what happened to make you think she’s hiding it or is embarrassed by it?
Because she hides all her tampons. And doesn’t want to stay over when she’s on her period.
Yeah just try and bring it up and see where she’s at with it. What would you say and I’ll try and help you from there since you know her more?
Not sure how to bring it up. It’s quite a private thing for girls isn’t it?
If you’re sleeping together I’m sure you can talk about it.
