I think she is trying to make you not as confident because she has her own insecurities. Just tell her what she is doing is weird and makes you feel uncomfortable. If she still proceeds I would cut her out of your life if it bothers you that much.

She could be trying to get a reaction from you. If ignoring her doesn't help, try being equally mean to her, or talk to your parents about it.
