What should I do if a guy touches my thighs?

There's this guy in one of my classes and we jave kinda flirted all year long, but he just kinda flirts with every girl. Howver, the other day we were in the computer lab and he started squeezing my thigh and lightly touching it as well as my sides and putting his fingers through my belt loop and stuff. He also does this while we walk down the hall. The other day, he also touched my butt, very casually but still quite a bit. I like him, but what do i do? How should i react? I have been just pretending like its not happening but not denying him from doing it. And what does it mean?

The way you describe it, you can start by just saying he has no chance with you and tell him to back off. No gentle uneasy complaining voice but a bitchy snarl.

If that isn't enough, shout at him next time -at a moment others can hear it- say him loudly that he's a perv and that you don't want him near you.
Scenario:
You're yelling loudly "Don't touch me! Keep ya dirty paws where they belong, YOU PERV,. Get away !" and take 6 ft distance or slap / scratch his face in public. (it's best to have as many witnesses as possible.)

No guy likes to be humiliated that way.
No guy will want to live it a second time. He'll remember the scratches and your 110 db yell.

But these may well be the last words you say to each other.

Well you already know he flirts with every girl... so letting him do this isn't exactly showing that you respect yourself.
