Maybe "neutral". Like a part of me might be tempted to judge a bit negatively with suspicion that they might cry in contexts where it's very counter-productive, but I try to resist it, since I don't see crying as a result of these things to be counter-productive necessarily in these contexts. It might even be good for them.To me where crying becomes very counter-productive is when it's associated to negative and counter-productive thinking patterns, like someone crying over petty things on a regular basis because they have such a negative view of their life. And I don't find the tears at fault in those cases so much as the thinking patterns which I think are damaging from a psychological perspective to their well-being.
I don't think crying because of movies or music is mostly associated with bad thinking patters, I just think that it either touched you or it hit close to home. It reminds you of something you are sensitive about. At least that's what I think, I might be wrong though. It's good that you chose not to be judgmental though, because there are few things more counter-productive than judgment in my opinion.
I think so as well. I must admit that I sometimes do have a sneaking suspicion that a person who cries easily over films might also do this in other contexts, but like the more rational side of my brain challenges the thoughts that crop up. :-D Like, "No brain, this is not a logical conclusion."
Feeling are not logical nor rational, hence the "this is not a logical conclusion".
I don't think of anything, except that he's sensitive. Plus it depends on the reason he's crying. The ones that drive me crazy is some sexual so-called love songs when people start crying because they do the very things that resonate in them. That's why I refuse to listen to them. But with movies, it varies. I usually keep my judgments to myself. But it can say a lot about a person's character. And it's normal to cry.
Songs and movies? That he has a heart or it's hitting him hard, at least I know my bro is getting it out of his system, better me than his girl who might leave him if she finds out he's emotionally weak
Why wouldn't a guy cry? I think is totally normal for a guy to cry. They are human beings like us and they have feelings too.
depends on if there to sensative an do it a lot over many things
I don't understand the question.
Some men can cry when they watch some movies or listen to some songs for example, what do you think of that?
He's human right? It's normal
