This is pretty good, but only serves as a cursory analysis of the general case of man's attention to his emotions. I think what the OP was more interested in is the situation where guys demonstrate (and perhaps have demonstrated) a disappointing yet highly adept ability to conceal their wants and needs from women - usually 'he loves me, he loves me not'-type concerns. She is frustrated at being unable to determine the intent of her love-interest. If this guy were only to broadcast his wants in a more transparent manner, then she can respond with an affirming reply, letting dude know she likes him. This would not only bring an end to her agonizing frustrations, but would hasten their nascent relationship.
@glenns In the cases of guys not really showing if he likes the girl or not, the two most likely scenarios are:1. the guy is socially awkward or shy, and doesn't know how to express himself.2. the guy is really just looking for sex, and is playing the girl. Most guys who have genuine feelings don't have too much trouble expressing them, except for those in that first group. There are lots of guys in the second group, though.
Thanks you two... great posts. And yeah I think in this particular case my crush is very shy, which is very unusual to see in a man and I am not sure why he is that way cause i thought only i was that way.
It's not THAT unusual, but you probably don't notice shy guys as readily, which isn't hard to understand. They tend not to stand out like an extrovert tends to do.
