i just have a question i lost a bunch of weight on my own over 150 pounds. i made sure to put that in my dating profile along with hobbies etc, plenty of before and after pics, which i have not gained back anything in over 2 years. i was supposed to meet a guy and go out, when he showed up mind you he looked nothing like his pic, all my pics are recent and i keep them updated, after a few seconds he had zero to talk about and he said what a disappointment i was? im confused? is me losing weight a red flag or something to guys or a bad thing? i work, i cook , i clean, no kids, have my own place and car but somehow i am a disappointment, im lost here guys any thoughts? thank you for taking the time to answer!
"is me losing weight a red flag or something to guys or a bad thing?" Yes it is, it is a massive red flag, I treat it as a deal breaker. For one thing, it is a personality flag, it says a lot about someone that they will change themselves to appease society or attract guys attention, its not attractive. Second, girls that loose that kind of weight age badly, don't ask why, they just do. Everything sags out after a few years and they look terrible. I would date your before picture, not your after picture.
be proud of yourself, and do not let that loser get to you. this covid mess is making all of life harder, don't give up, you are a winner. wish i were young and single, i would ask you to take a chance on me

Maybe he thought that your before pictures were your after pictures and he likes fat women. Congrats on losing the weight and keeping it off. Personally I would be happy if my date showed up looking like you.
