I don't, because their body isn't really the thing that turns me on, and I would only use the word "hot" if I meant "arousing".
If I was referring to their appearance, I would just use the word "attractive", maybe "beautiful".

When I first me a girl or even see a picture of a girl I look to her eyes because weather standing right in front of me or in a picture her eyes will tell me how beautiful she is on the in side and then i look to the out side so if i call a girl hot its because of who she is
