There's no way to know for sure but I'll give you some hints. Most guys don't do it to random girls they see or interact with. There has to be a connection first. Might be coworker you see regularly or a neighbor or a boy "friend". Then you have to find out if he scopes you out regularly and that's harder to do. Would have to catch him staring at you from afar or up close and maybe he glances at your boobs. Then the odds go up. They odds go further up if he's someone you start dating, hanging out with or becomes a boyfriend. Then your odds are getting close to 100%.
