Why do so many boys bully women if they like them?

I know many boys who bully me and then hit on me, try to flirt, and/or touch me, or even mix the two by intimidatingly flirting such as by acting mad or possessive at me.

I overheard one of these guys telling other boys that girls like to feel guys anger or something like that.
Why do so many boys bully women if they like them?
