I do weight lifting , so let's say i have chest and biceps
I warm up chest two round , push ups and dip , after i finish chest workout
I warm up biceps with two rounds of curls
It is all up to what you want to do, if your aim is to loose weight , you should have a bit of warm up and running.
If you want strength you go after warming up the core.

i do cardio/hiit first and do weights after. the reason why i do cardio/hiit before weights is because it gets my blood, endorphins, and adrenaline going throughout my body for a pump
on leg days i don't do cardio/hiit as i want to have as much energy as possible for squats or deadlifts, so i usually do mobility work such as stretching and swinging my legs around by a wall to open and loosen up the hips before i start leg routine/workouts.
