There you go then 24:03 sounds like the longest, also thats insane.
there are breathing exercises for that, I am sure you know about those
Thanks for MHO
Ok :) are there some breathing exercises as a remedy for asthma? besides other medicine of course
Nope. That stuff doesn't work. When you've had it as a child, you might grow over it, but there is no cure. Medicine is no cure, but a relieve of the symptoms. I've had COPD when I was younger, so my symptoms got less over time, but still it's present.
I am glad to hear you feel better over the time!

I will with timer
I tried it... but too much pressure on chest in the tub. It is a smaller tub and I am a bigger guy. It needs to be like a pool or a lake. I have a lake by my house and I will have to aim for that and try again.
Great! lol.. I wish I have a lake by the house
It's not a great lake, it is pretty dirty but it is a lake just the same...
he went 20 meters deep as they say
I just don't get how he manages to walk on the bottom without any weights
I don't I think I could even go that deep lol
I agree, it's doable
in just a week practice you could beat 3 minutes no sweat, not sure about underwater and swimming as I haven't tried that either.. I haven't even tried this two and a half minutes now lol but I am sure I can hit two minutes even though I am out of shape for this at the moment
