  • i was 124 pounds (and still am) when i recovered from anorexia. i didn't like it (and don't) very much, but i had been underweight my entire life, so when i starved myself down, it got dangerous. now, i am not underweight. it is taking a lot of getting used to, and i hope to maybe get to 115 someday, but for now, my physical health has to be more important that the physical aspects of my self-esteem.

      @Billy96 because in the depths of my anorexia i got down to 94 lbs, and ended up having to be hospitalized for a month, part of which I was fed by tube. So I am still getting used to my new body.

  • 13 stone, so 182 pounds. Eating fried chicken, drinking, and not exercising. I was studying for my final year at uni so kept ordering fast food and writing essays, and then drinking heavily afterwards.

    I was eating a slice of chocolate cake every day

    I appreciated my new found curves and so did many others but I got sick in the long run.

    Eating junk is really unhealthy and I could attest to that. So if you are that desperate for extra weight using junk, do so at your own peril.

  • 150-160lbs I think. I’m 5’10” so that was still a “healthy weight” for me but I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin at all & it just really didn’t look right on me. I didn’t exercise and didn’t care about what I put into my body at all, like the classic fat person with no self-respect.

  • 37 pounds ago when I was nine months pregnant with twins! I've since lost all that and then a few more and am back to pre-pregnant weight. Lots of running, gym time and time in the pool to get back down to my original weight range.

  • 190, I'm at about 145 now but I'm short so I could stand to lose more. I was active, but I ate a lot of sugary foods. I stopped snacking and starting drinking only water. Plus I cook all my own food now instead of eating out

      Forgot the other part of the question: worst habits were just dietary, eating for what tasted good and was convenient rather than eating for nutritional value. I also took a job that required me to drive all over the region, and I started seeking out the best foods these areas had to offer so there was something to look forward to after driving all those hours. Unfortunately... it was not health food, lmfao

  • I was a couple kilos heavier than I was now, but that's every summer the case. Perhaps I was 80 kilos then, I'm now 75 kilos

  • In 2015 I was 104 lbs and was 5'7" in 2018 I was 160 and was 5'8 reduced that to 9 % body fat and at 122 lbs now.
