Most guys will focus more on upper body which is why so many guys with built upper bodies have chicken legs. Guys who actually know what they're doing work on their legs just as much. Power comes from the legs. This is true of lifting weight, of punching power, of so many things. You can't build a solid structure on a weak foundation.

I've always been more into training the lower body as a sprinter and skateboarder. I've been trying to focus more on the upper body though in recent years, especially pulling motions which I've neglected most of my life. Still, I enjoy taxing the lower body more; it feels more natural to me.

Lower for sure but I am a women. My boyfriend is exactly the opposite. He works out almost exclusively his upper body.
Upper, particularly biceps and chest. I hate abs, but I'm trying to work on them more.
