Kind of a mix of that and powerlifting. I cycle from one to the other. Lost a little bit over the past year because I got lazy, but I'm gaining it back. My girl is lifting with me now, too, so that's fun. She gets a good reason to hate me for about four hours a week

Parents didn’t have a babysit in the evenings and my dad had his own kickboxing club so I just went to his classes in the evening. Better late than never, it’ll definitely improve your physical health if you workout smart.
