Need some ideas for very quick weight loss?

I’m 5’4 145 lbs and I’d love to shed 15 lbs in about 3 weeks. Have you done something similar? If so how? I need some ideas/ some techniques. I should’ve done it earlier, but, oopsie🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks y’all❤️
