What happens if I only eat around 30-35 grams of protein a day?

usually I only have 30-35 grams a day. Today I had 32 grams. I searched up the recommended requirement for me and its 46 grams a day. Just wondering if Ill be fine or not only consuming 30-35 grams a day. Also, is it possible to put on muscle while only consuming 30 grams of protein a day? I have weak leg muscles and want to build strength.
