Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Overhead press 3x5
Curl 2x8
Decline crunch 1x20
Facepull 1x20

Workout B

The same except substitute deadlifts for a barbell row 3x5

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Alternating between A and B

Is this a good workout routine?

To me it seems volume is a bit low for back exercises, what do you guys think? Do you think i can substitute curls for weighted pull ups?
