It doesn't matter what you eat. There was a huge meta study done to prove that. You lose weight by having a calorie deficit. Keto does nothing different than all sugar. Low carbs making people lose weight is not correct. If you don't get enough protein though, you won't be able to build and repair muscle though and you will take the protein from your existing muscles to build parts like cells for your body. It's important to have some protein. Ideally you want some essential proteins too. That said though, eating a diet high in fiber will satiate your appetite much more than having a soda diet. Make sure to eat vegetable high in fiber like broccoli and carrots to help lose weight. Eat lots of high fiber vegetables. It makes losing weight so much easier than being hungry all day. Make sure to have a cup of water with the vegetable because the fiber will absorb the water and create a balloon blowing up effect to fill you.
You will still lose weight, but also a significant amount of muscle mass and your health would go downhill.Calories aren't everything, you also have to make sure to get your nutrients.Apart from that, it's easier to eat less if you eat healthy. Proteins and whole grain products take longer to digest so it'll take a longer period of time to become hungry again.
You could reach your calorie intake limit by just eating cupcakes all day. You'd be under your limit but you probably wouldn't feel very good. Best way to do it is to eat nutrient dense foods and good fats and proteins otherwise you'll be malnourished.
It would be a hard way of doing it, you'd have blood sugar ups and downs like crazy and you'd always feel hungry from only eating small quantities of calories dense food. It's not healthy but you would lose weight yes.
Yeah you'll lose weight that way, and you'll probably also end up really ill. It's not a good idea. If you're trying to lose excess weight your problem is eating too much shit so you need to fix that, not just eat less shit.
It’s been proven that calorie consumption is the key to weight loss, so yeah. But I would recommend eating healthy, because it’s called unhealthy food for a reason. It’s not good for your body.
You'll still lose weight, you might get a lot of other problems though
It matters for your health but not your weight
