What does vitamin C do to you?

by the way this is a different question lol

I just started to work out 2 days ago after a good long break. I’m doing 30 min each day (leg and bum workouts) I’m trying to gain fat and muscles but mostly get thicker and fit legs and bum I’m petite only weight around 105-108 . What can I do to get more tone thicker legs plus more fit booty.

Also i barely get hungry during the day and most eat 1big meal during the day I know that’s not enough plus unhealthy but I rarely fee hungry in the mornings and lunch time or dinner is when I have a big meal. What are some tricks I can do to gain a bit more weight. Thanks ;)
