I train with a portable gym that is made from metal, aluminum, gold and steel. It allows progressive overload from 0-396lbs, 100% time under tension and is called the Isokinator Green Giant. There is no need for any warmups, no warm downs, and near zero risk of injury. When I began I weighed around 126lbs, and now I weigh about 154lbs. At the moment I just use it to do one compound movement as many sets as possible every other day. I increase the resistance when ever I can do 10x perfect reps for 3x sets. It's a movement similar to the Deadlift and I find my lower back is the weakest area. Previously it was my abs. The recommended routine involves 7 different exercises though.Quite a few people ask me about my gym routine and assume I lift weights, but I only use this. I am 5'7. If I was taller, I'd look a lot skinnier though.cdn1.fishpond.com.au/.../original.jpeg
Can go in detail on that kind of training? And your portable gym.
It's difficult to describe and looks strange when you see it in use. It's like picking up a weight, never putting it back down and moving around with it... but without the gravity. I was sore for 1 week after my first workout and after a month, stopped all other training. This video describes everything and you can skip to the end for the workouts. They have a 30 day free trial. Best thing I ever bought.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5JNiMHQ_aI
That's really interesting I think I would incorporate some of this myself thanks
On their Facebook page, I remember them mentioning personal trainers teaching with these too. It's very easy to get some of the routines wrong.

You want girls opinions too?
Hell yea all are welcome
I go gym and swim quite a bit but I’m still curvier than a lot of my friends which can affect my self esteem.
Affect in a good way or a bad wayAnd what kind of training do you do gym and swim wise
Affect in a bad way I feel fat. I do like, lane swimming at the pool 3x per week ish and I do cardio at the gym
If you aren't fat then why feel like you are? If you are then just train some more. What kind of cardio are there any specific goals?
I do treadmill and cross trainer. I weigh 125lb and I hope to lose about 10lb ish
I meant like HIIT LISS LIST cardio but I like the way that sounds. Try intermittent fasting
Ok thanks for the advice I heard about that but didn’t know whether to try it I definitely will now
