That happens frequently. Music helps, having a friend who will listen no matter what is a blessing in times like these. Especially when the situation plummets you so low that you start thinking if struggling and fighting your way out is even worth anything. You need to also teach your mind to control where it leans more. If you keep prioritising the dark thoughts, they'll keep proliferating and wear you down even more. Opening up to friends, parents or anyone suitable to vent out to will help. Go to an open space. If you live in a city, go to the rooftop of your home. Look to the skies for a few minutes. It will calm down the mind. If you live in the outskirts, go to an open field and sing some song out loud.The key is to release the steam built up before it starts eating you from the inside. You're asking when it will end. You're in control for the most part of it. With strong mental control and release of the stress, you can flick it aside and move onwards.😊Take care, buddy.
It's all about finding your ground again and understanding who you are and why you are a survivor. Cause you are a survivor. Honestly you have so much to teach people it's amazing unfortunately it takes trials at times to get there fully but keep your chin up and do you best to know that life has good moments too and they will come
Look. Only you can control your happiness! When you give that ability to someone else you will never be happy! Life is way too short to spend it miserable. Change the things you can and stop stressing the things you can't control. Stress is a killer! If something does nothing but cause you grief cut it out of your life like a tumor. At the end of it all if you really tried to do the right things and worked hard to earn the things you want and need but end up with a big f##k y#u instead. The hell with it. You did what you could. Furthermore no matter how bad it gets remember things can always be much much worse. Take control of your life, plan a future not dependent on anyone else being on board and you will very soon have and control your own happiness!!
I am. Just got stalked last night and now I have to go to court in the morning. The guy is crazy. I wouldn't give him my attention so he followed me home to get my attention. He came in the night and wrote me a letter. I haven't left my home and been crying all day 😢

When you realize that the only thing you can control is the person in the mirror , but I promise you , it will gett better , stay busy , get a hobbies , go walking , ride a bike. What ever you like get in to it , to use your time and energy on that , what ever it may be

Best advices I can give is to try to spend as much time as possible with close friends or relatives. Let them lead you through the day and be a yes man/girl. You could try to be open about with them an maybe they will naturaly and actively try to keep you occupied and lead your thoughts elsewhere.Alternatively you should really nit hesitate to seek help from professionnals.

Yes at times my cousins can become toxic and i just have to block things out.
I know you don't see a end to this but you got do whatever you can to make yourself happy and if it means moving out of your Dads house and into a older Female friend by all means do it , so sad that we have to live with toxic people in our life's :/ 😇🙏

Yeah, it sucks, I have thrown myself in the deep end this week a few times, and lost one of my best friends I have ever had. I'm wondering what the lesson was for, and wish I could have said and done things differently.
Hugs. Try to eat and rest. Listen to some music. It’s all about just surviving through it a minute at a time. Sleep is good if you can.

I think that just might be the most difficult question anyone's asked me on here. It's a big topic. Geez, what can I say... time + contemplation + support from others + coming to some conclusions + making some decisions + taking some action + doing things you still can enjoy + eating healthy (er) + a bit of physical activity + music + entertainment + taking a break + trying to have some fun + a little 'I gotta get my shit together' + 'I gotta just give myself some slack here' = slowwwww improvement? Yes, that be my answer.
Also, at 17, I highly doubt you're actually having a nervous breakdown. For a start, don't label yourself/it as that. Labels are bad.

I'm very nervous but it's gone full breakdown. Smoking weed and meditating is what helps me.
Well she's a bit young to get started on weed (brain should mature a bit more, be about 25+) but the meditation suggestion is good.
