Fit chicks have swarmed Instagram and circle the squat rack like moths to a light. Suddenly, being blessed with genetically desirable pockets of fat qualify them to train others. I've noticed a dark trend which, when you think about it, is a logical conclusion. Turns out lifting 5 lbs weights 50 times to do shoulders and back and some dudes 1 rep max to do your weighted lunges, kick backs, clam shells, etc... Leads to muscular imbalances and asses that start to look like prize winning race horses and centaurs. Which makes one wonder if it's worth it to be able to deadlift your boyfriend when you can't lift your own luggage at the airport.
