I recently started using weights to try and increase my strength. Cuz I’m a wimp, okay. I’m having a good time. It’s not hurting my muscles all that much. The warm feeling after you work a muscle to exhaustion actually feeling kinda nice. I am however having pain in my shoulders, elbows, and knees. I do have joint issues without the exercise, so I was wondering if this is a consequence of too much weight for my level of strength or something else, or if it’s just me. Do you get joint pain?
