I was 5'7 tall and 60kg when I was in university. After graduation and working and some miserable accidents happened to my family and parent, I started to eat a lot a lot as an extreme way to release stress. Now I am over 70kg and I can't stop eating and I seldom do exercise... I think I have lost motivation. Every time I make up my mind to lose weight, not long after I start eating again... I set myself a deadline to lose weight and come back to 60kg till spring next year. But actually I seriously doubt myself...😅 Any hope for me?
