I mean it's not much but what you can do is try some sort of drop setSo what you can try is let's say you can do 20 squats with the 30 poundsAfter you finish that set drop one dumbbell and hold the other with both hands and then immediately go into another set with no rest in between and go till failure. You know what I mean?
But remember there are 3 muscles in your ass not just 1
