To me it's fine as long as you don't make a habit of it. I think the tough part is not to make a habit of it. It can be easy when you first slip up with nutrition or training to then do it again the next day, and the next, and before you know it, whole months could pass by while we neglect these things.I always tried to keep a minimal thing, like several sets of push-ups to max every other day. It's not so much to work my tris and chest as just keep me doing something which I see as infinitely better than nothing, since it's very easy to sink into doing nothing for a long period and then it takes much more motivation to get back on track.
I do!!!I pretty much make myself workout even if I don't feel like it because I feel worse when I don't exercise. The only time I miss exercising is if I didn't get enough sleep or I'm sick.
Generally, not really, since you don't want to overtrain, which can lead to a plateau. Personally, I feel bad missing many workouts because I recently fractured some fingers, including the thumb, on my dominant hand. I'm still determined to put in some workouts. For example, I saw a source that tells me you can substitute many exercises in the muscle groups, such as the machine bench press for the chest and machine preacher curls for the biceps (using wrists), to make up for the fact that I have an injury.
I actually missed my workout today, that's 5000 days in a row now🤣🤣
YES, I missed my workout this morning and I feel like this for the whole day:
So far, I haven't missed a workout, but I do feel bad when I eat something I really shouldn't.

I kick and beat my own ass about it and sometimes up the work the next day
