That sounds like a healthy weight and height to me. However, if you really want to do this, then the best thing to do would be to see your doctor, and they may be able to recommend a diet and exercise plan that works best for you, or else give any other relevant professional advice.
That is a healthy weight for someone your age and height to tone up though eat less junk food and exercise just dont overdo the exercising allow your body to rest for 2 to 3 days in between
eat better and exercise... cut fatty foods and sugar and if you have a bicycle i suggest riding it
eat healthy (don't eat less, that achieves the opposite). move. go walking or cycling or something.
there's really nothing wrong with they height weight combo.
