I'd favor Creatine if I had to pick since it's more difficult to obtain in large amounts from natural food sources if you're training really hard than BCAAs.
Like 20g of Creatine would require eating like 9lbs of beef/pork/salmon or 4-6lbs of herring.
bcaa will save your muscles while cutting and creatin will give you more strenght and also you won't lose that much muscle, just buy both, if you can't then save money and dont cut yet.
