What's your relationship with food and exercise?

Well in this world nowadays, men are objectified a lot (this is not an opinion but a fact). Now we have to look lean, muscular and tall as physical features. I wonder since I am having a bad relationship with food and exercise what kind of relationship you have with these.

Here is my behavior: I exercise often, (weight lift trice a week and swim twice as my cardio). I try to keep up with some diet and everything but still I find myself ending up binging on food at late night. I instantly regret it and hate my physical appearance a lot. (I find myself on the limit of being obese). Still I can not regulate my behaviors to get things right. I find this to be a really bad relationship with food.
