yes i did my body was slim and nice and never had to worry about eating healthy till it hit me like a truck. whatever do what u want but im telling you now you’re gonna keep gaining weight
I know it hit me like a truck too, just appeared, i dont wanna get any fatter
the way i lost the weight and controlled it was just stop eating shit food. i used to eat gummies and ice cream sitting. never moved a limb. i just stopped eating that.
I eat McDonald's and lots of crisps and barely leave the sofa

I've always eaten a lot of McDonald's and snacks, but i havnt changed
well sometimes your body changes, maybe your metabolism hasn't been as high as it was and thats what caused you to gain weight but I don't know, im no doctor

Well, if you're lazy and you like eating high fat, high calorie foods, you can say goodbye to a healthy figure. It's called junk for a reason. Diet is the No. 1 thing you need to change. Exercise is good and helps, but diet is 80% of what your body turns into. If you're eating a lot of fatty foods, you're going to eventually have a fat body. I hope you decide eating healthier is the better way. Eating high fat foods also leaves you feeling sluggish and lazy. Get outside, walk for half an hour five days a week. You'll burn off that accumulation and feel better too...
