So I heard that one day of eating bad cancels out the whole week. I stay at a calorie deficit for the whole week and work out except for Saturdays. Thats my cheat day where I dont exercise either (the only day out of the whole weak where I do not exercise) I eat as much as I want and I'm good at sticking to it so the next week after its straight back to work until the next Saturday.

Should I be doing that? Will it have an effect on how much weight I lose?
