Some more reps and less weight?
Basic math. 235LBS for 8 reps. How many sets of that? I mean it depends on if you're trying to build that big bam boom lift or if you're trying to look like a porn star that actually has a name. You could do that for let's say 3 reps, (235X8X3=5640). Just how would you do that if you couldn't even do 1 rep of that?Well... You can move a mountain one stone at a time. Maybe the biggest stone you can lift is just 30LBS. Lets just face it... that dude that lifts or pushes 30LBS 188 times just did as much as you did in that one lift. A lot of work, but it's true.
