So i’m fairly new to lifting weights (started 2 months ago) and i’m super new to squatting and deadlifting maybe started like 7-8 weeks ago. My squat max rn is 115 for 2 reps and that’s so weak and i’m sad about it. My deadlift is ever worse at 115 for 1 rep. I’m 130 pounds 5’8 and have a small frame. I’m trying to bulk up to 145 and am eating in a 250 surplus a day to limit fat gains. As months progress will my squat and deadlift numbers increase if i’m bulking which means i will get stronger?
