Panic attacks when falling asleep?

DailyIntrovert
They usually happen to me the night before I have to go outside the following day, not that I'm consciously scared or worried but I do have deep rooted severe anxiety. I can be extremely tired up until the point I try to sleep then when I close my eyes my mind goes a mile a minute, my heart races, my hands and feet get hot with a pins and needles sensation and I end up just staying awake with my eyes closed for hours on end.

Does anyone else get this? Any tips on how to stop it from happening?
