New. Been tense. I don’t hav job. Only working on weekends with dad delivering packages. get $100 weekly. Then few rare weeks get $80 from selling clothes as I hav boutique and lash brand.
Been stressing preparing for fashion show this Sunday to sell. Then need finish my online classes
I take whole day working on school and my store.
3:30am nowN stressed
Ok ok telling you to relax is out of the question. In my opinion I think you need to take some time off and do nothing. It's very severe on how much stress you're under you're literally are suffering from it.
I'm not saying ditch everything now just take a break from the madness

When you get stressed out your heart pumps more blood through your body to deal with the stress by allowing you to do more than your usual capabilities. But in long extension of stress your body can't handle it anymore leading to chest pains and headaches.
Take a long bath, eat some comfort food, enjoy your day off to the fullest and try some pepermint tea
You can also take mini-breaks in your normal day to day just try schedule 10-15 of me time to relax

I used to have issues swallowing solid food as anxiety was bad 2 years ago. I began eat soup all day. Now luckily I eat back to normal again. However I was 84 lbs then 85 then 86 a month ago I got weighed , but now been eating burgers tamales the most fattening food and still look very skinny
I don't know y. Maybe I gained a lb but no clue.
So confused the potatoes , biscuits with butter, avacado, pancakes, chicken, fish, turkey cheese grilled sandwhiches, penut butter sandwhiches, burgers, tamales are not making me gain weight
If solid foods are still an issue try investing in a protein shakes they add weight by having a full meals worth of calories in them.
This week cutting back on fast food as I been feeling full as I hav gastritis & eating fish avacado sweet potatoes more light food. Fiber protien cheesecake bar.
No I made a list of all foods I ate last month and that don’t even make me gain weight. So weird? I eat normal now oh and tacos at night are few days
Y I’m not gaining weight at all with these fatty solid foods?
Your body burns through fat, you need protein (beef, pork, chicken, nuts) or substitutes like the shakes. 80-90 lbs is kinda low but if you do make some changes to you diet try more carbs and less acidic foods and sugar.
Drink plenty of water too but only enough to quench your thirst

If you don't eat meat try the Protein powder shakes? If you want more protein walnuts or pecans are also good. Chicken is a lean meat meaning its quick to digest and go through your body. Potatoes are good for meal fillers. You'll feel full after eating them but they won't be able to give you what you want to achieve (more weight). Peanut butter sandwiches are good but Nutella (or walnut butter) sandwiches prove move effective. The goal for you is to have higher calorie meals without over eating and causing stomach pains.
For the shakes instead of adding water to the mix milk is also a good too. Tastier even when cold.
I drink 350 meal supplement shakes as snack daily and penut butter sandwhiches but still more skinny I’m so confused

You need more than 350 try 1000. You need a high protein diet (eggs, nuts, fish, legumes,) Whey Protein shake powder is also very good. Bingeing on junk food can give you more weight but it's unhealthy for your body. If this does keep persisting after you made the changes to your eating. You may want to seek medical advisory. This may be a thyroid problem or worse. But make the changes first before you make that appointment.More calories more weight.
And get plenty of sleep
