If you can't add anything to the ramen you are going to be constipated and bloated and those two things are probably the minor part of it. If you live in the U. S. it's time to visit a food bank.

You should be fine for 2 weeks, it'll help you lose weight though. The nutrition that you get from ramen isn't sufficient

Fry the yellow rice up with some red beans splash of red wine vinegar and salt add chopped onion if you can spare 75cents for an onion it makes a big difference
